Bed & Breakfast 

In order to make your stay in our B & B pleasant, please read carefully the rules and rules of conduct established. At the time of confirmation of the reservation is considered tacitly accepted the aforementioned regulation, which for any good purpose is posted at the reception.
 

•Cleaning of the rooms:
The manager can access the rooms, if free, for daily cleaning. If the rooms are occupied during the cleaning time, the daily cleaning of the room will not be performed.   In case you need to carry out an extraordinary cleaning of the rooms or a change of extraordinary linen, the customer will be charged a surplus.
 

•Method of payment:
The balance for the entire duration of the stay must be paid in cash or by credit card or ATM on arrival, while at the delivery of the room (check out) will pay the cost of any extras charged. Checks are not accepted.
The tourist tax of € 1.00 (per person per night up to 15 days) must be paid on arrival and in cash. Simple receipt will be issued.
 

•Check-in and check-out time:
The rooms are available from 15.00 and must be vacated by 10.00 on the day after the last night (guests can leave their luggage in custody by the manager). Check-in must be by 20.00: it is advisable to indicate the time of arrival. Please note that in case of early departures there are no refunds.

Customers who intend to keep the room on the day of departure, beyond the appointed time and no later than 16:00 can do so only if the room is available and prior authorization of the management with charge of the balance of the daily amount.

Customers wishing to leave overnight or in the morning before 08:30,
must check out and the balance of any extras on the evening before departure.


•Registration:
The guest on arrival is required to show a valid ID and a credit/ debit card for the purpose of registration according to the current legal provisions.
The data provided will be processed in compliance with the confidentiality and security obligations governed by current legislation and will be processed exclusively for purposes relating to the activity and will not be disseminated.

•Number of persons:
It is not allowed to introduce in the B & B people whose identity document has not been registered or without the consent of the owner.

•Time for breakfast:
Breakfast is served from 7.30 am to 9.30 am (in case of special needs the time must be previously agreed with the manager).
Customers with allergies and/ or food intolerances are required to notify the Management in advance.
 

•Prohibitions:
-Smoking is not allowed inside the common areas and rooms, while in the courtyard and veranda you have to use the ashtrays.
-It is forbidden to flush diapers and anything that may obstruct the pipes. In this regard, the appropriate baskets must be used.
-It is forbidden to wander around the B & B with clothes that may offend the modesty of others.
-Pets are not allowed.

The Management, as provided for by the laws in force, has the right to withdraw without notice from the B&B service contract, if the customer does not comply with the Regulations or behaves in a way to create damage or disturbance.
 

•Obligations of the guest:
-The guest is obliged to compensate for the damage caused to the B&B and for the improper use of the additional equipment.

-Total silence must be observed from 23.00 to 8.00 and from 14.00 to 16.00. In any case, behavior must be maintained that at no time of day and in no way damages the tranquility of others.
-Parents of children or young people (or those exercising their authority) are responsible for acts performed by minors within the hotel, are required to monitor them and ensure that they behave fairly towards other guests and are obliged to remain silent.
-Lights, television, air conditioning and other equipment must be switched off when leaving the B&B.

•Recommendations:
-Guests are invited to keep an eye on their belongings since the owners of the B&B are not responsible for their care.
-Our facility is eco-friendly, so please place your bath towels on the ground if they need to be replaced. Please do not waste water and electricity, when leaving the room please close everything.
-Any damage to the structure, objects or furnishings of the B&B will be charged to the account of the customer who caused them.
-Guests are invited to close the front door and take care of the entrance token and door-opening badge of the room.
-Guests must return the entry token and card before departure.
Any loss of the token and the card will result in the corresponding charge for the entire entrance set, equal to €15 for the entrance token to the B&B and €10 for the entrance badge to the room.

•Services:
-Shuttle service for a fee. Ask at the B&B reception.
-In the event of problems not due to our responsibility for providing services such as Internet, telephone, water, gas, electricity, we are not liable for the damage caused and in this regard there is no refund.

-Wi-Fi is free for the exclusive use of B&B guests. Internet Point is located at reception.
URL ID and Password can be consulted in the license plate in the room or in the reception.
